https://youtube.com/shorts/FT4bftNgwcM?si=myUt66HkObyNSk9YMy new cab suspension is working great. I replaced the air bags and bridge with a single motorcycle shock in the center. Came off my old Ducati when I replaced it with an Ohlins shock. The preload fine tunes the height and it's got compression and rebound adjustment. Different spring rates are also available, but the stock one works fine. Note that this isn't a simple DIY. I had to weld lower brackets to the frame crossmember and build the upper mount. Two pieces of wire rope locate the latch plate so that it hits the latch. Been running it for a couple of months and it's quiet and works great. I recently put 53"s on, so this is just one of the mods I've done to run the bigger tires.
