Radio shelf?

Can anyone identify this possible radio shelf? It fits to the rear of either wheel well on a M1009. The only markings are cage 67032 ( General Dynamics C4) and 82-2734594-2, which I presume a part number.

I had set of like that which came of a driver rear on a m1009 along with other parts it was some type of printing set up if i can remenber was quiet big and heavy
