Looking at the factory seats in the LMTV or even the MTVR they don’t appear real comfortable. Have any of you swapped them out and what type did you choose?
Steel Soldiers now has a few new forums, read more about it at: New Munitions Forums!

Not usually more than $600 each. Mastercraft was selling an almost identical model on Summit Racing for Jeeps around that price. They aren't Scheel Mann seats that are $2500 each. When you see them surplus they tend to be cheaper also.Lots of good info. The MRAP seats look nice but pretty pricey. I bet those mastercraft seats aren’t cheap either, looks good though.
Nice color on those seatsPacifica center row seats (w/heater)
New take-offs from a handicap van conversion.
Picked them up from FB Market ($50 for the set, 10 minutes from home).
Used the OEM sliders and fabricated a mounting bracket.
I got pretty lucky finding the color that I wanted.
I was after something with armrests.
Heat was a nice bonus but I've never wired them up yet.
But there are a TON of options that can be made to work.
I've everything from race seats to sportscar seats to semi-air-ride seats used.
Junkyards are full of good solutions, but most any aftermarket or take-off can be made to work (as long as not too tall or too wide).
One note:
If you have short legs, keeping the top of the seat below the engine hump can be important if you want to keep your feet on the floor.
Funny that's exactly what I had but I upgraded from there.I used the second row seats from town and country mini vans. They are leather, come with arm rests, they fit in the space available and relatively cheap. Companies the build the handicap accessible vans pull those seats out and sell them. Typically eBay or something like that.
Obviously you have to make seat adapters.
