Serpentine belt pulleys

I have a 2010 1151. When the engine is running there is a clicking/tapping sound coming from the serpentine belt area. If I spray Belt conditioner on the belt and pulleys, the noise stops, but will eventually come back within a few mins. I'm not sure if its the belt or pulleys, tensioner, etc... I have no problem replacing the serpentine belt and Idler pulleys, just can't find a parts store that carries the 8 grove pulleys.
Anyone have experience with this and or know where to get the parts? Thanks

The stock idler pulleys are all rebuildable with basic tools.
Snap ring pliers and whatever wrenches needed to remove them.
Your local auto parts store will have the bearings in stock.
2 bearings per idler pulley

Thank you for the response to my post. Do the standard parts stores carry the 8 grove serpentine belt?

Retired War Horses RWH will have what you need.
Same with Kascar , Hummer Parts Guy HPG, and last but certainly not least 86HMMV.

If you have the correct part number, then most of them can order it.

Your serpentine belt length will be determined by which pulley you have on the alternator; as one version is larger than the other thus increasing the length of the belt.

Mine is an earlier truck with a different belt pulley setup than yours so I can't help on your truck, but on mine the old belt still had enough numbers on the back that I could do an amazon order and have the identical belt in a couple days. Unlike some parts, the belts are all from major manufacturers and can be readily purchased most places.

While this may or may not apply to your problem, one trick I've done with noisy bearings in pulleys and tensioners is to shoot a bit of grease into them and they quiet down a lot. You still have to take the pulley or tensioner off the engine then drill a small hole in the bearing's shield and shoot a small amount of grease (the equivalent of 3-4 drops of oil if it was liquid) in there with a syringe. Just cover the hole with a piece of tape or such. We've also done this with noisy bearing in older electrical motors or machine tools when a replacement bearing wasn't readily available.

But if the bearings are readily replaceable, then I recommend as said above and just go that route.
