My second FAV was a gate guard by the motor pool for about 15 years before it got swept up in a base clean-up and sold at auction (with it's twin) to me.....
BUT - someone removed the torsion bar setup from the vehicle.....they got it all.....I need the arms, bars and bushings. Anyone help me with the SIZE DIMENSIONS.... KarTek sells the parts but they come in different sizes?????

Supplental.Torsion/Anti-Sway Bar system used to be a Sway Away Engineering design based parts. Sway Away has been bought our by Brent Spring, is now www.x-sway.com. There are some pre-closing parts among the vendor systems, the new website is not showing all the legacy components. There was probably a critical personnel change with the buyout, the original.folks who had knowledge of the FAV Program components have likely left.

Torsion Bar ends dimensions:

Overall length 21".

Two bronze collar bushings.
2x Speedway Motors 91037100 Bronze Torsion Bushings 0.125x1"
Speedway Motors 91037100 Bronze Torsion Bar Bushing 0.125x1"
The inboard set of bushings has the same OD but the inside is opened up to 1.125" ID. And the inboard end major diameter flange is a bit thinner.

2x 15/16" Inside C Clips for the outer Torsion bar ends to prevent loss of the Bronze bushings

Bummer, glade I picked up what I needed before they went away.
But IIRC I got the bronze bushing from a regular supply house, they were exactly as the original ones were.

I mistyped the spline specs for the Torsion Bar Arms, should be a 1-1/8 40 spline pattern ast least the price dropped from $61 down to $48 each. You can't buy a 7075 or 6061 aluminum bar 1in x 2in x 18in for that much anymore!

Sway Bar Arms:
There appears to be 2 different styles of Sway Bar Arms,
One with side plates welded to the rear end for hanging the 2.5" aluminum shackles used with the welded tube style 3x3 trailing arms.
The other skips the side plates the end of the arm is drilled/tapped for a 1/2"-13 TPC inside thread Helicoil to hang the 2.5" aluminum shackles, used with the welded plate style 3x3 trailing arms

Note: whether the welded plate style trailing arms is an earlier part or a post 9ID replacement part is undetermined. Both Mogman's FAV 0010 and my FAV 0014 have the welded plate 3x3 trailing arms Roger Signalcorps both his FAV 0090 & 0091 have the welded tube style 3x3 trailing arms
Can we for clarity sake, call the welded plate boxed trailing arms Type A and the welded tube Type B?

The sway bar arms with the tapped end are approximately 1" x 2" x 15.5" long made from 7075 T6 or 6061 T6 aluminum bar.
Talking with Jshull11873 the 40 splines are the difficult part to fabricate. Speedway Motors Part 91037221 Aluminum Torsion Bar Arm 1-1/8" Spline x18" would be a good starting point with splines already done:
Speedway Motors Part 91037221 Aluminum Torsion Bar Arm 1.125in x 18in
Note: the splined end is slightly different shape and the bar corners of the Speedway Arm are radiused fore to aft; original FAV forward end radiused top to bottom. There may be enough meat on the Speedway Arm to copy the original.FAV but there is no changing the Speedway Arm corners radiused fore to aft.

The arm is tapered to the threaded tip, from about 3" from the bottom front edge,
20251028_141001.jpg
the threaded tip has the top & bottom edges truncated, the threaded face is about 13/16" long, the top truncated about 3/8" the bottom about 1/2"

Center Pre-Tensioning Lever:
Sway Away used to sell this 9045 1-1/8in 48 spline ID 1.5X2in collar.next to my original collar that had the Lever cut or broken off:
20251103_160326.jpg
XSway 9045 1.125" ID 48 spline 1.5in x 2in Collar

I bought 1in x 2in 0.125in wall steel rectangle tube as the base to fabricate the Pre-Tensioning Lever. The sides should taper in from the 2i. Collar width to the 5/8"- ?TPI weld in steel bung at the front tip. A standard Grade 8 5/8" -?TPI Bolt with jam nut is used to rotate the torsion bars to pre-set the tension on both sides as shown in Mogman's original photos:

Rear Anti Sway Bar Center Adjustment Lever RH View.jpg
I'll have my local shop cut/TIG weld the Lever after I can get the length & TPI from an original to restore my remnant collar and then the Sway Away Collar.

I mistyped the spline OD/ID should be 1-1/8" OD 48 spline collar 1-1/2" OD x 2in wide Speedway Engineering 9045.

Speedway Motors used to carry all the Bronze bushings, the 2.5in mini aluminum links, the 1in ID 40 spline collar and the above 1"x 18" splined aluminum arms.
BTW I hope your knee is doing great!
