What bracket is this?

Ran across a couple of these brackets. Seller said they belong to an FMTV as lifting hooks but I cannot find them in any TM as I don't really know what to even look for. What do you think they belong to?

Okay, this is starting to make some sense but I'm still a bit off. In the -10 they do have the EUC of MAG which is the M1089 wrecker so I assume these are when the FMTV wrecker is recovering a non-FMTV truck like a M939 or such? I'm still trying to understand how they would fit on my M939 or whatever vehicle is being yanked. Do those adapters slide onto the M1083 lifters on the wrecker boom to lift a bumper on a M939 or other? I highlighted what I think are the pin holes that line up with the adapter. I'm guessing this is what Fuzzy is saying are the stringer adapters?

Try looking in the wrecker -10. Might be there. I guess I should ask, is there a -10 for JUST the wrecker?

EDIT:
I asked a friend. He said TM 9-2320-334-10, WP 0026, page 0026-3 explains how an LMTV wrecker tows an M939. Your adapters are not in that part of the TM. He said they were for other vehicles. In any case, that's the TM that explains how those adapters are used/installed. Sadly, that TM can not be posted in the forum.

The top most pin highlighted in your photo would be used to tow a FMTV without any adapter needed. The adapter in in question would slide into that spot and use both crossbar pins for securement. This would allow it to lift anything with 1" pin (m35a2, M923, M818, etc) and the other side should be for a HMMWV.
