Did you get anywhere with your needs? I have studs I could send to you. Which side are they on? Do you need the nuts? I have plenty of those for the driver's side.

PM me if so with your mailing addy. G744

Come to find out the problem I'm having is that the mrap wheels on it are thicker than the stock wheels and the holes for the studs are larger diameter. I need different wheel studs and nuts I'm assuming. Seems like no matter what I do they just keep breaking. I'm not out off-road or over loading the truck. Basically just daily driver

Please post pictures of your tires and rims. Do you have adapter plates?

Are the rims angled holes for tapered lug nuts? lug centric instead of hub centric?

I only have pic of a flat tire I got one night. I can take some in the daylight tomorrow. The holes are not tapered for the nuts and do fit snug around the hub. There isn't any adapters on them either. They do have the inner lug nut on them the wheel and then the outer nut on all four wheels. I'm thinking they used the dual wheel inner nut on them due to the stud hole in the wheels being a larger diameter. The wheels being a 2 piece design are obviously thicker than the steel ones and the outer nut is just completely on. There are maybe 1 or two threads left sticking out once torqued down. From what I was told by the previous owner they are mrap wheels and I'm running 16r20 tires.

Those do not look like MRAP wheels to me. I think they are HEMTT wheels. There is a version of the front lug nuts with 3/4-16 threads and an extended inner portion to get correct thread engagement but still center the wheel properly on the outside. You should not be using the thimbles and rear nuts like is shown on the picture. They are made to fasten dual wheels on and are not intended to be loaded like this. You need the correct single nut fastener.

19195.jpgI found this through a Google search of the site. It's hard to find much with as slow as the site is right now. I have not personally used these since I run combat wheels, so use at your own risk, but this appears to be the 'correct' way to get proper thread engagement with HEMTT wheels.

Todd has given you sound and correct advise. Those do appear to be hemtt wheels which oe are 1600's that fit a 5 ton but slightly thicker and different offset which is giving you the blues with the studs. This has been a known issue more with the front than the rears.

Also if you ever get stopped by DOT troopers, they will not like using thimbles on the front like that and might put you out of service. Big $ and towing fees.

I have no experience with the lug nuts pictured but try to source one and test it.

The tm's are here on the site and you can find the part number for the studs and try parts target to get a civilian number that a hd store might carry.

I see some m3208 & m3209 lugs on ebay that are reasonable.

I bought some of those thimble nuts from Boyce Equipment a couple of months ago. I don't think they are on the website, I called them and asked if they had any.
Incidentally, they assured me the nuts were US made, not Chinese.

Cheers
