HAWK missile carrier

So a few year back I bought three HAWK missile carriers, you know, one of those stupid decisions we make 🤣. I sold two of them to the same person, one repairable, one as parts. I kept some of the parts off of the parts machine as spares for the third. So, I basically disassembled the third with intent to get it sandblasted, but that's where it stopped. Now it is all stored away in a shipping container. Two engines, multiple spare parts, extra track sections, etc.

My question, I prefer to get rid of it whole and not fool with parting it out and possibly having an 'incomplete' unit, but how 'common' are these things in the collector world? I am assuming not very common since I can't find much info on them. Does anyone here know of someone that may be restoring one and looking for parts? I essentially have two of everything except for the V-drive and transmission.

That looks interesting. You have any more pic? A quick google says the HAWK use the M548 as the base but that has 5 road wheels yours only looks to have 3. Maybe you have it more disassembled?

This is a good picture of the front of the Loader/Transporter. The two "arms" that stick out to the rear of the Birds, have hooks on the end of them. Those hooks "Index" into the Launcher, to hold the Loader and Launcher tightly together. Then using the Hyd. Extend function, the birds first go straight up and then flip over so the nose cones are pointing in the opposite direction. Then the birds are placed on the Launch rails, to be secured to the launch rails.

This is a good picture of the transfer, just before the birds flip over. You will notice the "Halo" over the operators head. Should a bird fall off the Loader, this is suposed to keep the driver from being turned into mush.

This is the Transporter in the movent mode. He only has two birds loaded.

Good side view.

Nice walk around film. But in German. Without a load of Birds, this little baby can move out smartly. I hold the world record for how far a loader can fly through the air, when using an earth ramp. Sadly. both final drives did not survive the experiment.

No pics? No money, Chief!
