It is not in the fuse box. It is in the bundle of wires above the 3rd valve cover closes to the cab. Looks like a blank plug or dummy plug. Pull it out and there is a fuse inside. Should be 2 near eachother. One ecm one tcm
There is no electric fuel pump. Get familiar with the technical documentation posted here. The fuel control is completely controlled by the ecm. If the primer handle on the filter housing is firm (fuel to injectors) check ECM with the following. What does your TIM say behind the passenger dash...
To complete the turret you need about $12k worth of stuff more. It is cheaper to buy a NOS one for around $10k. I know of one for sale if you are interested.
Well.... What was the reading? if it was open loop (OL) then check both terminating resistors on the j1939 line and pull them out and check for 120 ohms across each resistor. One will likely be by the j1939 9 pin port and the other probably near the ecm, abs module, or tcm.
You probably lost either J1939 or J1708 canbus communication. Truck will operate "ok" but will be all sorts of angry. Check for 60ohms of resistance across the j1939 lines at the 9 pin diagnostic port off and running. If you get a different reading you have a module or resistors bad causing...
